We offer a generous PTO policy for all our employees ☀️ We actually think it’s better than unlimited PTO, and here’s why: 

🏜️ Studies show that employees with unlimited PTO only take an average of 13 days off per year — that’s seven days less than our initial PTO offering. 

🏝️"Unlimited" can be misleading. Many companies have rules or guidelines around their policies that limit you from using too many days.

⛰️You can't be paid out for unused PTO if you leave. Our accrual-based PTO plan pays you out for PTO days that aren't used within the year you leave the company. 

But our team, PTO and benefits are SO great — you won't want to leave!
