We have a new content series we’re so excited to share with you all! Each month, we’ll be featuring recipes from our very own team here at thevariablelab. Up first, we have a recipe pairing of lmvaughn’s farm-favorite pimento cheese and laura_e_bee’s family tradition of hot crackers 🔥

Every time I went to the store, I would buy containers of it and decided I needed to figure out how to make this myself. After a few trials, I landed on this recipe and have been making it at home ever since.” — Leah
