After a client visit to Sweden, we brought back “Fika” — a Swedish concept that we rebranded as “Drinka.” Fika is the practice of unplugging halfway through a meeting to have a coffee and chat ☕ We’ve been practicing our version of this tradition as a midweek treat for over two years now.
