I had the pleasure of joining Carmel Education Foundation's partner First Merchants Bank today at the OneZone Chamber of Commerce State of the City luncheon featuring Mayor Brainard. It was especially great to hear Mayor Brainard recognize the role of our public schools in making Carmel one of the most sought out places to live in the nation. It was uplifting to be among so many people with positive attitudes, and to hear the round of applause that came with the Mayor's plea for civility and acceptance of everyone. Thank you, Carmel, for your support of our schools! And thank you, Ryan Mooney, for the invitation!
