## Caption

We took a walking tour through Gary, Indiana, to talk about the history of this great city and the economic challenges it faces today. The federal government has got to pay much more attention to distressed cities like Gary as we work to address income and wealth inequality and issues like child poverty. Thank you to Calumet Township Trustee Kimberly Robinson and Police Chief Richard Allen for showing me your city.
