## Caption

Bison grazing on the prairie inside of Rocky Mountain Arsenal which was designated as a Wildlife refuge in 1992. Before it became a wildlife refuge the land was owned by the Army and was used as a chemical weapons facility. Bison were reintroduced into the refuge in 2007 and now graze on the prairie overlooking the Denver skyline.
