Spindle cell lipoma. Loss of RB1 (13q14) by IHC or molecular studies will help confirm your diagnosis. Seen here, the lesional spindled cells show RB1 loss while vascular RB1 expression is maintained. The majority of these tumors typically arise in the "shawl" region of the upper body, but can more rarely occur in nasal or oral cavities like this case.
