One Last Ride...

St. Louis Cardinals legends Adam Wainwright (left), Yadier Molina (center), and Albert Pujols (right) are expected to retire after the 2022 season. The trio, who have spent the majority of their lengthy MLB careers as teammates, were reunited in 2022 when Pujols rejoined the Cardinals on a 1-year contract. 

Fans are witnessing history: last Weds. (Sept 14th), Wainwright and Molina set the MLB record for most starts together (325) as a pitcher-catcher tandem. 

Two days later, on Fri. (Sept. 16th), Pujols blasted the 698th home run of his career, putting him alone in 4th place for most career home runs - behind only Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron, and Barry Bonds.

The Cardinals, who are in 1st place in the NL Central, are gearing up for a deep playoff run - with the trio of future Hall of Famers leading the way.
