I run a lot for someone that said they “hate running with a passion” and “would never get into it and don’t know how people do”. Also I became someone who cares about besting her time year over year (which she has 💅🏼). 

Don’t be your own obstacle because YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS - you’re made for it.
