It is not uncommon for people to feel unsure or overwhelmed in their jobs, regardless of their title or level of experience. I know all about the feelings of imposter syndrome and the fear of being found out as a fraud.

It’s important to remember that everyone has moments of uncertainty, and it’s okay to admit that you don’t know something. Asking for help or guidance is a sign of strength, not weakness. Learning and growth happen outside of our comfort zones. Embrace the uncertainty and be open to new learning experiences ✨
