How do your 1:1s usually go? 

Here is one thing that helped shape my 1:1s: send an agenda ahead of time. I compile a list of things throughout the week that I’ll ask my manager, and send a day ahead so I don’t forget to go over it with them. I used to just wing it but the has structure helped frame our conversations in a more productive way.
