May is Mental Health 🧠 Awareness Month and this year’s theme/message is “More Than Enough.” Worldwide, there are about 450 million people who are living with a mental illness and about 2/3 of those people will not seek help. 

Mental Health Awareness does not just end in May, we urge all to stay vigilant when it comes to our mental health! Listen to your body and your mind! There is no shame in seeking help, you are never alone! Support one another and let’s work towards breaking the stigma! 💚
