2. 2/21 Malcolm X’s Birthday Celebration: 12:30 PM-1:30 PM
3. 2/22 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Information session 
4. 2/23 Closing Banquet: 6:00 PM-8:00 PM
5. 2/27 Black Americans and the Culinary Arts: 12:00 PM-1:30 PM
