## Caption

Healthy adult manatees can weigh anywhere between 800 to 1,200 pounds! Their diet is mostly herbivorous, and they feed on seagrasses and other aquatic plants on the ocean floor, earning them the nickname “sea-cow.” 🐄

Unfortunately, habitat loss has left many manatees with not enough to eat. Organizations like georgiaaquarium are stepping in to help.
