BREAKING: OLReign and USWNT forward Megan Rapinoe has announced that she is retiring after the conclusion of the 2023 season. This World Cup and NWSL season will be her last as a professional soccer player. 

OL Reign will commemorate Rapinoe's illustrious career at its final match of the regular season at Lumen Field on October 6 against the Washington Spirit. Details surrounding the "Forever Reign: A Celebration of Megan Rapinoe" themed match will be announced at a later date.

Rapinoe's list of accolades is far too long to list here, and considering the impact she's had on women's sports, let alone soccer, and on beyond, she's a true living legend.
