The Grand Prismatic Spring is a beautiful rainbow of bacteria. 🍭The center of the spring bubbles with extremely hot water, where virtually nothing can live but bright blue water. As the spring expands outward, the water cools - creating specific temperatures where different organisms thrive (yellow = cyanobacteria). The different water environments create an array of colors, which is why the spring looks like a circle of rainbow magic. 🌈✨
