From norbutenzing: "The chorten overlooking Thame village. When I visited last November, the evidence of the earthquakes was everywhere, nearly all of the homes destroyed. Thame is my mother’s village, and also where my father spent part of his childhood. Many of the great Sherpa climbers come from Thame, and many have died on Everest." Norbu Tenzing Norgay is taking over our Instagram today in honor of #Sherpa, part of #ElevationWeekend on #Discovery.
