Happy 1st day of Summer! Cool off with this Minty Iced Coffee! 2 Medium Roast Coffee K-Cup or Vue packs, each brewed @ 8-ounce setting, chilled, divided. 1-2 drops peppermint extract. 1/4 cup milk. Mint leaves, for garnish.  Place 1 cup brewed coffee in freezer for 10-15 minutes to chill. Fill ice cube tray using the remaining cup of coffee. When ice is firm, place cubes in large glass. Add chilled coffee, peppermint extract & milk and stir to combine. Garnish with mint leaves. Makes 1 serving. Happy brewing! #KeurigRecipe #coffee
