Hey everyone! I figured it’s time to introduce myself to you all! 
Welcome to my insta page! My name is Brianna. I am a small town gal who has a passion to help individuals! I am a certified yoga instructor in three different areas! I graduated college with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science a few years ago and just recently finished a degree in OT. I am in the process of obtaining my certification in personal training! 
I discovered yoga in high school when I swam competitively and needed relaxation and flexibility after all those crazy hours of training. I knew when I first tried yoga that I wanted to teach yoga to others!
