We welcomed govinslee for a meaningful visit to the Thrive Center last Thursday! Governor Inslee had the opportunity to gain firsthand insights into Ukrainian refugees' challenges and experiences as well as learn about supports provided by Washington state and Thrive International. With families who arrived in the United States last year, this summer, and two weeks ago, it was a powerful exchange with the governor that highlighted the importance of fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all those in need. We're grateful for Governor Inslee's commitment to understanding the plight of refugees and his support for our mission. 🤝
