Conditions of participation: By uploading your car design for the official Nürburgring co-pilot vehicle under #CreateTheBeast until 18th January 2021 you grant the Daimler AG and its affiliated companies as defined by section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) (especially Mercedes-Benz AG, Mercedes-AMG GmbH etc.) as well as the Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. KG a single right that is not restricted in terms of location or time, and can be transferred to third parties, to edit the images and publish them on the Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG and Nürburgring Social Media channels for communications purposes. Furthermore, by uploading the images under #CreateTheBeast you expressly waive the right to be named as the copyright holder and confirm that you have the required copyrights or other rights (e.g. right to publish). Submitting a photo does not grant a right to publication.
