Exploring downtown Wichita Falls today. I've seen this sculpture multiple times, but I've never been out to see it. This is probably the best example of Texas. I'm not really sure what the sculpture is called, but I've always referred to it as the Melting Shopping Cart by Luis Rubio. 🖼
