For our 10th #43GreenFriday, we introduce you to Gina! Now the VP of Market Rate here at Habitat, Gina’s first job in the industry was as a leasing consultant in Mt. Prospect, IL – and she now has more than 35 years of experience in the CRE industry!

When Gina isn’t running the market rate show here at Habitat, she’s galivanting around the globe – visiting some of the most enviable destinations! Her favorite place she’s visited was Iceland, particularly Breiðamerkursandur (otherwise – and more easily – known as Diamond Beach) and Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach.

Two of her recent trips have had some very exciting reasonings behind them: In September 2022, Gina went to Denmark to watch her daughter in the Women’s Hockey World Championship! While she didn’t get to see her daughter play in the 2022 Beijing Olympics due to COVID restrictions, she was so thrilled to be able to attend the championship in Denmark. Aside from watching her daughter crush it, Gina’s favorite part of this trip was her time in Copenhagen as well as swimming in the North Sea. Her most recent exciting trip was visiting Puerto Vallarta, Mexico last month for her son’s wedding, where he finally made his 10-year relationship official by putting a ring on it! 

Our Habitat and 43 Green teams are incredibly lucky to have Gina and her wealth of expertise on board!
