For this week's #43GreenFriday, we're excited to introduce another on-site team member! Meet Daniel, the Chief Engineer at 43 Green! Daniel's journey has been an incredibly exciting one. After graduating high school, he joined the US Marine Corps during peacetime and quickly rose through the ranks. He rose from Private to Sergeant in just 3 years, spending most of his time in Okinawa (with time also spent in Thailand and South Korea).

Following his time in the Marine Corps, Daniel returned to Chicago and began working as a construction laborer and earned his Associates Degree in Applied Science from Coyne College. Similar to how he rose through the ranks within the Marine Corps, Daniel rose through the ranks in his field!

He's been an independent contractor, a mobile technician, and then an engineer for a property management company in Humboldt Park - now serving as a Chief Engineer with Habitat! As he continues his formal training, certifications, and licensures, Daniel is now preparing to take the Stationary Engineers Exam to earn his license from the City of Chicago!

We are so honored and excited to have Daniel and his vast experience and knowledge on our 43 Green Team. Welcome to the team, Daniel!
