## Caption

Before #TravisKelce and #TaylorSwift connected, the football star headlined a Bachelor-style dating show in 2016 called #CatchingKelce. 50 women competed for his love on the series, which only lasted one season on E! due to low ratings.

At the end of the 12 episodes, Kelce selected #MayaBenberry from Kentucky. As a woman of color, she talked about the challenges of being in her first interracial relationship with him, and said there were issues with people making racially charged comments and that she had to be careful in public. They broke up a few months later.
