The City of Hollywood has so much to offer to residents, businesses and visitors. 

The city has the beach, a broadwalk, a 10-acre park in downtown, and is home to some of the region’s largest employers, including the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades. New restaurants, sidewalk cafés, boutiques, art galleries and smart mixed-use infill development are injecting new life into historic downtown Hollywood. This city is truly the nexus of South Florida with easy access to every major highway, including Interstates 95, 595, 75 and the Florida Turnpike. Hollywood is also home to two Tri-Rail commuters service stops, connecting Hollywood with Miami to the south and downtown West Palm Beach to the north. 

These are just some of the reasons we are bullish in this market and plan to continue to invest in downtown Hollywood to further bring life and excitement to this beautiful community.
