It’s no secret that Florida, like much of the nation, is facing a severe housing shortage. BTI Partners’ COO Kevin Mays recently spoke to WFTV9 to discuss BTI Partners’ solution to this problem, which entails over 5,000 homes currently under construction in Central Florida’s future housing development, Crossprairie.

“As the jobs sprawl out from the downtown area… the people that work are served by the different communities that funnel into them,” he said. “We need more of them, and that’s what we’re trying to do here.”
