#DowntownHollywood is one of South Florida’s top locations for redevelopment projects, as reported by commercial_observer Mike Seemuth. 

BTI Partners is proud to be one of the leading developers spearheading projects in the area surrounding #YoungCircle. On the south side, a 361-unit apartment building with retail space is planned for the site of the old Hollywood Bread Building. On the east side, a 3.2-acre shopping center is set to be replaced with a two-tower development comprising 775 apartments, plus retail and office space.
