visitflorida reported that Florida set a tourism record with 126.1 million out-of-state visitors in 2018. visitorlando is expected to release 2018 visitor numbers in May, but is expected to have a big year as well. The groveresidences is benefiting from the Florida's growing tourism numbers since many of the visitors are falling in love with Orlando and buying luxury real estate, like The Grove, to enjoy and rent out.
