Going into week 4 of assistant coaching at Seattle Pacific University, and I can honestly say I've loved every moment. Professional running can be a pretty selfish career, so it has been nice to turn some of my focus toward helping others achieve their goals.

Thank you to SPU and head distance coach runninreed for this opportunity, I can't wait to continue working with this group of passionate & talented student-athletes 🙌👏
