🔸Spent my Saturday morning over the weekend at the fundraiser for #stopaapihate held by @crossfitoneworld onewordbootcamp oneworld_sdf .Thank you hellamentalhealth for having me there 💜.⁣⁣

🔸💯 of the proceeds from the fundraiser went to Asian Health Services in Oakland ✊🏽💚.⁣⁣

🔸The last week has been really hard on me thinking about my friends and family back home in 🇮🇳 😞 , as well all the acts of social injustice happening in the 🇺🇸 through this racial pandemic 🤬 . ⁣⁣

🔸It was extremely therapeutic and healing to be present with this amazing community coming together in solidarity ✊🏽💚🙏🏽.⁣⁣

🔸 I hope everyone continues to do their part to use our privilege to educate ourselves, educate others, and be better allies in the advocacy work that we do in our personal and professional spaces✊🏽✨.⁣⁣
