🎄I know the holidays have been crappy this year. Many of us are away from our families during these festive times. For some individuals, the holiday seasons can be the most challenging with their mental health, triggering their symptoms even more.⁣
⁣
⁣
🎄During these times, it’s essential to continue to engage in daily self-care and self-love to do what you need to do, to take care of your mind, body, and soul.⁣
⁣
⁣
🎄It’s important to take it day by day. It is crucial to focus on what’s going right in your lives during these unprecedented times despite all the challenging things. This will help your overall mental well-being by practicing acts of gratitude daily.⁣
⁣
⁣
🎄For me, it’s been a challenging year. I’ve had to deal with some significant traumatic events in my life personally this year and professionally with my clients. Also, starting my Ph.D. during the pandemic has been the MOST challenging through all this. What’s helped me is engaging in daily acts of self-care and self-love to continue to nourish my mind, body, and soul ✨.⁣
⁣
⁣
🎄Thinking of you all and sending you lots of healing vibes your way. Stay healthy and safe ✨.⁣
