Wearing a shiesty (ski mask or balaclava) in certain public areas throughout Philadelphia will now be a finable offense 🤯⛷️ 

According to NBC News, Philadelphia's City Council approved legislation to ban the wearing of ski masks in places such as schools, day cares, rec centers, parks, inside city-owned buildings and on public transportation.

The bill passed with a vote of 13 to 2, leading those who violate the new ban to face a $250 fine. What’s y’alls thoughts on this ⁉️👀
