#Nike is suing #NewBalance and #Skechers for their unauthorized use of Nike’s patented Flyknit technology 🐸☕️

As per court records, New Balance and Skechers have "at least" 21 sneaker models that are alleged to have violated Nike's Flyknit trademark, which was filed in September 2012 👀

In both lawsuits, Nike is seeking compensation for damages and want to prohibit the labels from manufacturing these specific knit sneakers. What do y’all think about this ⁉️🧶
