#Rhude's founder, #RhuigiVillasenor, is accused of taking company funds for personal use in a lawsuit filed by shareholder George Robertson (according to the Los Angeles Times) 🫣 The lawsuit claims that Villaseñor used the money for luxurious expenses like private jets, vacations, luxury cars, and a collection of $100,000 watches. Robertson, who owns a 20% stake in Rhude, is seeking compensation and the removal of Villaseñor's executive powers. The lawsuit also alleges that Villaseñor earned over $30 million annually while providing as little as $41,000 USD to Robertson.
