Named “Byakuya”, it costs $6,696 USD per serving with special ingredients like edible gold leaf, white truffle, and natural cheeses such as Parmigiano-Reggiano. The main reason for its high price is the rare #whitetruffle from Alba, Italy, which is valued at around $15,192 USD per kg 💸

The creators of this flavor aimed to combine European and Japanese flavors in the form of ice cream. To achieve this, they collaborated with Tadayoshi Yamada, the head chef at RiVi, a renowned restaurant in #Osaka known for its imaginative fusion cuisine.
