## Caption

A big shout out goes to the girls cross country team as they won their first conference championship since 2004. On 10/19/21, they defeated state-ranked Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted to earn the title. Ruby Gifford is the conference champion and all conference goes to Alix Gifford (9th place) and Lauryn Wittnebel (11th place). Jane West (14th place), Emma Sather (15th place), and Maggie Thompson (19th place) earned all-conference honorable mention. 

On the boys side, Tanner Michlitsch (19th place), Tyler Mager (22nd place), and Ty Kulavik (23rd place) earned all-conference honorable mention.
