#Patagonia filed a lawsuit accusing #Gap for copying their iconic flap pocket design, which Patagonia has used for decades ‼️❄️

Patagonia explained that Gap's actions were intended to confuse shoppers into thinking that Patagonia allowed Gap to use their trademarks including similar rectangular logo above the flap, contrast colored piping along the collar, cuff, and waist.

Patagonia has warned Gap in prior years that the “adoption of designs and logos bearing even more similarity cannot have occurred by accident."
