This is a great example of a male patient who is currently complaining of neck pain and uneven shoulders and possibly lower back pain. Upon visual inspection of the leg length 🦵 🧐 it is determined that (based on a CT scanogram) he has been living with a short right leg as seen on the 2nd photo👆. What’s your thought 💭 on this??
