Her song, “Case Of The Ex’’ from her fourth studio album, ‘Fear Of Flying’ came to be when Mya was working at Redzone Studios in Atlanta, GA and heard “this banging’ track through the walls in the room next door.” That was her first introduction to Tricky Stewart & the beginning of “Case of the Ex” which was originally a rap song, later penned by Traci Hale, according to genius.
