This is my face every time I try to walk down stairs today 🥴

Ran my 3rd half marathon today 🎉 slow and steady 🤘 

Even though I had run half marathons before, this one was different because I actually put forth more effort to prepare than I did for my last two.

I’ve been applying this to my business lately. I’ve been putting forth more effort and preparation and things are, slowly and steadily, moving forward 🥰
