✨Recommending another photographer to a potential client is not bad business✨

Don’t get me wrong, I’m going to take every single lead I can! But if your wedding day or the day you need pictures done doesn’t work with my books, I’m not going to leave you high and dry!

Or maybe there’s a certain technique or different style that you are looking for that for whatever reason I don’t deliver, I’ll try recommending one of my friends who can 💫

And that’s not to say that I’m not confident in what I do or willing to learn something new because I am confident and ALWAYS willing to learn (just ask raising_duntons or jessica_warren1) but I’m clearly not a light and airy photographer and I’m not going to stress myself out to learn how to photoshop you into Italy…🤷‍♀️

I believe in costumer service 🤍 and I believe in networking and building friends in the field that you are in 🤍 and I VERY much believe that what you put out comes back to you 🤍

Also, roshimccartin inspired me yesterday. She talked about how much she wants to see others succeed. I then was put on to a 5 day challenge from immersed_education that was all about celebrating photographers, especially yesterday where we were supposed to post a win/something we were proud of and I saw so much amazing work! I love seeing others succeed and being inspired by their success!

It’s not bad business, it’s just being a good human.
