300...its not just a number, to me it represents so much more.....

300 is something I think about on a daily basis, it was my heaviest weight when I was at my worst....

My worst physically, mentally, spiritually.  It represents a time when absolutely hated who I was, how I looked, how I acted, where I was in life....

It represents a time when negativity was normal thinking, unhappiness was routine, and settling to be miserable for the rest of my life was acceptable....

300 is when I decided to take my life back, 300 is when I decided that who I was didn't define who I could be, 300 is when I decided to Go Primal!

300 IS A PLACE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO, BUT SO GRATEFUL I WAS THERE 🙏
