Members of The Royal Family have long supported this initiative to raise awareness of the challenges people face around mental health.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, & The Duke of Sussex have long supported The Royal Foundation Heads Together campaign which encourages people to talk about their mental health challenges. Heads_Together

This week, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have voiced a campaign video launched by Public Health England & the NHS which raises awareness of an online service to help people who are struggling. More at: www.nhs.uk/oneyou

In May this year The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex launched Shout, a free, 24/7 text messaging service where people can Text “Shout” to 85258 if they are experiencing mental health challenges.
