One of the toughest drills for a lot of our players is the in-tight scoring drills. Sometimes we have to keep that puck low, in the middle, or get it up to the top shelf. In this video, Coach mihelich_12 shows us the importance of positioning the puck before we shoot. 

1. To keep it low, bring the puck back to the HEELS of my skates
2. To lift it a tad higher to the middle, bring the puck up to the TOES of my skates
3. The hardest one top shelf, it’s important to have that puck A FEW INCHES IN FRONT your toes. Open up that blade and chip it up to the top shelf. 

Give this drill a try so you can master wherever you want to shoot that puck while standing in front of that net!
