TUDN reporter Michele Giannone confirmed that Kellyn Acosta has been with the USMNT camp as a training player. He is there in case there is an emergency and someone needs to be replaced.

Acosta scored his first goal for his new club Chicago Fire on the weekend, scoring all the way from his own half.

Originally from the Dallas metropolitan area, he’s back home. Here he is with fellow former FC Dallas players in the USMNT. 

If everyone in the squad is fit and ready to go, Acosta will return to Chicago after tonight.
