❄️ Clean all debris and leftover snowmelt out of your home’s downspouts and gutters

🌬 Remove debris from around your AC unit, replace filters, and clean ducts and vents – clogged filters can lead to lower air quality in your home

🔍 Inspect the concrete on your driveway, pool deck, or walkways and use silicone caulk or concrete fillers to fill in any cracks

💧 Look for leaks and signs of mould in and around windows, doors, bathrooms, and other places water damage could occur

🌿 Tune up any lawn and garden equipment so you can get started on your beautiful, new yard
