Yesterday we took a tour if the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, and this was our amazing tour guide, Betty, and Jack himself! We got to see the entire process that it takes to make Jack Daniel's as well has have some samples! "To start the fires that make the charcoal that filters the bourbon to make whiskey, the guys take a shot of 140 proof and spit it out on to the wood, so not only the wood gets lit, but so do they!"
