How do the women of the Amaliah community spend their Ramadan?✨

Today, we’re following Medina Trevathan, @medinatrevathan as she shows us what a typical Ramadan day is like in Andalucía. 

Medina is an artist raised in a Sufi Muslim community in Southern Spain. She is a multidisciplinary artist, moving between creating her own paintings, working with textiles and being a keeper of the henna tradition. 

Medina is based in London and Andalucía. Her work manifests in creating art which is rooted in the sacred, to create images and words which touch something unnamable in the soul. Through her work, she hopes to hold space for others to explore the vastness within them, to move out of the way and let the Beloved in.
