Hey everyone! Over the next few weeks, we will be introducing the social media team that runs all of the MDIA school’s accounts.

To start off, my name is Yana Durado. I’m a senior majoring in Integrated Media with a minor in Film and a Social Media certificate. I’m also an international student from Cebu, Philippines! 🇵🇭🏝

I’m really interested in post-production. Whether it be editing, motion graphics or vfx, I love learning about it.

Last summer, I was able to intern at Magnet Media, Inc where I got to research and edit content for various brands. At the same time, I interned for ACIIID, a design platform where I collaborated with professionals from Italy, Dominican Republic, and Philippines to develop multimedia materials. My experience working for these companies further solidified how much I wanted to work in digital/video production. After graduation, I will be moving forward with my career in NYC where I will intern for the Miss Universe Organization ✨

Currently, I’m the Senior Video Producer for OHIO’s University Communication and Marketing department. I also work in Baker Center as an Operations Assistant at the 4th floor desk, so if you see me feel free to say hello!
